 Q2:What is your lead time & warranty?
A:Our normal lead time is within 5working days after deposit be received & warranty is 1 years.

 Q3:How is the packing?
A:Water-proof plastic film package with foam protection in each corner
Solid Seaworthy Wood Box Package with Steel Belt.
Save space as much as possible for container loading .

Q4: How about the trading term?
 A:We can accept Ex Work, FOB, FCA, CNF, CIF, DDU, ect.
 
Q5: How about the delivery time?
 A:For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days. 
 Regarding customized machine, we need to check with technicians.
 
Q6: How about the warranty time?
 A:Our fiber laser machine warranty time is 12 months. Please send back the broken parts to us, we will send the new and replaced    one to you. We suggest you take one extra set of spare parts together with your order which will be more convinient for your production line continurous running.

 Packaging and shipping

Packing:
    1. Packed the machine with plastic sheet for clearing and damp proofing.
    2.Then put the machine in the plywood case for safety and clashing.
    3.Transport the plywood case into the container.
 Delivery:  Within 3 working days for production, we will arrange delivery after received the total payment.
 Training to install(3 options): 
A. We will supply the machine with training video and user's manual in English for installing, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone/MSN/ICQ and so on.
B. You can come to our factory for training. Jingwei will offer professional guide. Direct and effective face-to-face training. 
C.If the problems cannot be solved on line our engineers also servies machinery overseas.Contact us
